Separately, when I was involved in a car accident, State Farm handled my claim incredibly efficiently. My case was resolved very quickly, and the payment to my credit union was processed promptly, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier.

We also recently visited the office, and Brian was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our policy and billing adjustments and made sure we fully understood everything. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
